ZG type rotary drum grille is designed by our factory with reference to imported equipment. The equipment salvages and removes the floating debris and sediments at the water intake, and squeezes and dehydrates the screen slag before discharging. It is suitable for urban water supply/drainage, industrial water supply/drainage and other water intakes to cut off the dirt in the water body. 
2. Working principle: 
Rotary drum grid decontamination machine, also known as fine grid filter or spiral grid machine, is a kind of fine grid decontamination machine, grid slag screw elevator and grid slag screw press in one. equipment. 
The grid sheet is made into a drum-shaped grid basket according to the grid gap. The treated water flows in from the front of the grid basket, passes through the grid, and flows to the outlet of the pool. The grid slag is trapped on the grid surface. When the water level difference inside and outside the grid reaches a certain value, The rotating tooth rake installed on the central shaft rotates to clean the dirt. When the slag cleaning tooth rake collects the dirt to the top position of the grid basket (clock 12:00), the slag unloading starts (the grid slag that can fall by its own weight is discharged into The grid slag groove); and then turn back 150, the grid slag adhering to the rake teeth is automatically scraped off by the slag cleaning tooth plate at the top of the grid basket, and discharged into the grid slag groove. The grid slag is lifted by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the groove, and is pressed and dehydrated in the upper pressing section and then transported out. The solid content of the grid slag can reach 35%-45% DS.
