Dry powder dosing device is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous and integrated flocculant dissolving and dosing device. The range of the prepared solution is 0-4000 liters/hour, and the concentration is 0.1%-0.5%.
The device consists of a water supply system, a dry powder dosing system, a dissolving and aging system, a control system, a liquid dosing system and a secondary dilution dosing system.
This device is a fully automatic continuous configuration and dosing system for powder (or liquid) polymer flocculants. The dry powder flocculant enters the premixer from the screw propeller to be premixed with clean water, the wetted material enters the preparation tank for dilution, and is prepared according to the required concentration; if it is a liquid flocculant, it is directly added to the preparation tank by the screw pump . During the preparation process, if the water volume changes, the flocculant dosing device will automatically follow the change of the water flow, so as to ensure that the concentration of the preparation solution remains unchanged during the whole working process.
The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the aging tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and when the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process is automatically restarted. Both the preparation tank and the curing tank are equipped with multi-blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and curing of the flocculant. In addition, the liquid level signal under the storage tank can be used to control the start and stop of the secondary dilution and dosing process.
This device is a control system composed of basic units such as a PLC controller, a Chinese man-machine dialogue interface and a follow-up proportional controller composed of a single-chip microcomputer. Operation, simple and clear.
