Principle
The "Henry" law of gas dissolution states that the dissolved oxygen gas in water is proportional to its proper pressure on the liquid surface (at the same time, it is related to the temperature of the water). As the water temperature increases, the solubility of the gas in the water decreases. When the water temperature reaches the boiling point, the water no longer has the ability to dissolve the gas. At this time, the vapor pressure on the water surface is equal to the external pressure, and the gas partial pressure is zero, and the gas cannot be dissolved in the water. According to this principle, the deaerator atomizes the water and heats it to 104°C in full contact with steam through a special filler, so that the dissolved gas escapes from the water.

Main process parameters
Working pressure and temperature: 0.02MPa 104℃
Soft water pressure and temperature: 0.2 MPa >20℃
Steam pressure and temperature: 0.33 MPa 145℃
Normal effluent oxygen content: ≤0.03mg/L
Safety valve take-off pressure: 0.06 MPa
Instructions for use
High-position deaerator
First, check the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve (take-off pressure 0.06 Mpa) and other control instruments until they are qualified.
Start the soft water pump, the water is fed through the soft water bypass valve, stop the pump after the liquid level of the water tank of the deaerator is normal, and turn on the secondary steam to make the water temperature of the water tank reach 100 ℃.
Open the exhaust valve at the top of the deaerator head (one-quarter to one-half opening), and open the soft water and steam bypass manual valves respectively. When the overflow water seal overflows and the water temperature reaches 104 °C, open the water outlet valve. At the same time start the boiler feed pump. (If the boiler is not in operation, all the feed water can be returned to the deaerator tank for a cycle test)
After the above manual operation experience checks that everything is normal, you can switch to automatic operation.
When the equipment is out of use, the water should be drained, the interior should be checked, the interior should be cleaned regularly and the interior should be brushed with varnish.
