2, Equipment introduction Double-chamber floating ion exchanger is referred to as double-chamber floating bed. It is to install a porous plate in the ion exchanger bed, and divide the exchange bed into upper and lower chambers: the strong ion exchange resin is placed in the upper chamber; the weak ion exchange resin is placed in the lower chamber, and the floating bed is used to run, and Inferior way of regeneration. In addition to the characteristics of good effluent quality, large resin working exchange capacity and low regeneration specific consumption, the double-chamber floating bed has its uniqueness.
1. The resin fills the bed, eliminating the need for backwashing before regeneration and simplifying the regeneration operation.
2. Due to the use of floating bed operation, the water flow resistance during operation is reduced, and the range of flow velocity that can be changed during operation is increased (7~40m/h).
3. The flow rate can be adjusted according to the salt content of the raw water (that is, if the salt content of the raw water is large, it can be run at a low speed; if the salt content of the raw water is small, it can be run at a high speed), which expands the scope of application of the ion exchanger.
4. There will be no "mixed layers" of resin.
5. Strict requirements for the turbidity of the water entering the bed.
