Fiber bundle filter is a novel water filtration device developed by our company. It can be widely used in industrial water treatment, boiler water treatment, advanced treatment of industrial sewage, domestic water, baths, swimming pools and other industries in electric power, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy, electronics, food, cosmetics and other industries.
The field application of the fiber bundle filter after several years of research shows that the product has the advantages of advanced structure, simple operation, stable operation, large output, fast flow rate, high filtration accuracy, good cleaning quality, low self-consumption water, and long operating cycle., its interception capacity is more than 4 times higher than that of ordinary sand filters.
The equipment consists of fixed perforated plates, fiber bundles, movable perforated plates, and air distribution devices. The movable orifice plate can move up and down. During filtration, the porosity of the filter material will gradually decrease from large to small and the fiber density will increase. The filtration process includes both vertical depth filtration and horizontal depth filtration, which effectively improves the filtration accuracy. During cleaning, the fibers are in a loose state, and at the same time, the method of air-water combined washing is adopted. During the process of bubble aggregation and hydraulic flushing, the fibers are in a state of continuous shaking in the longitudinal direction, and the filter material is regenerated under the action of downward hydraulic force and rising air bubbles.
