Walnut shell filter is a new type of oily sewage filter with walnut shell as filter medium developed by our company after years of continuous exploration and research by introducing foreign advanced technology. It is the most effective means to enhance crude oil recovery, and it is also an ideal equipment for advanced treatment of oily wastewater such as oil refining, petrochemical industry and iron and steel. The filter is a separation equipment successfully developed by using the principle of filtration and separation. It adopts oil-resistant filter material - walnut shell, and has two control modes: automatic and manual. During filtration, the water flows from top to bottom and passes through the water distributor, filter material layer and water collector to complete the filtration. During backwashing, the agitator overturns the filter material, and the water flows from bottom to top, so that the filter material can be thoroughly cleaned and regenerated.

It is widely used in the treatment of oily sewage in medium and high permeability oil fields, and can also be used in sewage treatment in other industries. The equipment is easy to operate, has high filtration precision, large processing capacity, convenient and thorough filter material cleaning and regeneration.
Main features
The product uses specially processed walnut shell as the filter medium, which has strong adsorption capacity, and the filter material can be backwashed and regenerated, with strong pressure resistance (23.4kgf/cm2), and stable chemical properties (not easy to be in acid and alkali. solution), high hardness. Good wear resistance, no need to be replaced for long-term use, strong adsorption and interception capacity (adsorption rate 25-53%), good hydrophilicity, and oil immersion resistance. Because the specific gravity of the filter material is slightly larger than that of water (1.225g/cm3), it is convenient for backwashing and regeneration. Low strength, good effect, non-perishable filter material, durable, and can be used in single-stage or double-stage series according to water quality requirements.
