1. Overview:
Although the working principle and scope of application of the YF unitary air flotation device are basically the same as other air flotation devices, there are major reforms in the structure. It has the following advantages:
1. Equipment integration: General air flotation systems are composed of separate air flotation tanks, dosing equipment, dissolved air tanks, dissolved air pumps, air compressors, and sewage pumps, which take a long time to install, inconvenient management, and cover a large area. YF air flotation organically combines these separate equipments. Generally, sewage that adjusts the pH value can be put into use immediately as long as it is connected to the inlet and outlet pipes.
2. Operation automation: Once the YF air flotation is debugged, the normal operation can reach the state of automatic unmanned management.
Working principle
The working method of this equipment belongs to the pressurized dissolved air flotation method. Its working principle: Under certain conditions, a large amount of air is dissolved in water to form dissolved air water, which is used as the working medium., produce a large number of fine bubbles, adhere to the "alum flower" in the wastewater after coagulation reaction, make the floc float, and scrape the scum and oil slick with a special scraping device to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

The pressurized dissolved air flotation process is mainly composed of three parts, namely the pressurized dissolved air system, the dissolved air release system and the air flotation separation system.

Scope of application
Solid-liquid separation: The solid particles in the sewage are very small in size, and the density of the particles themselves and the flocs formed is close to or smaller than that of water. It is difficult to use the sedimentation method to achieve solid-liquid separation of various sewage.
2. Liquid-liquid separation: Separation and recovery of oil, fine oil droplets of organic solvents, surfactants and various metal ions from sewage.
3. Water supply: It can be used in the purification of high algae water sources, low temperature and low turbidity water sources, polluted water sources and industrial raw materials.
4. It is required to obtain higher hydraulic power than gravity sedimentation
