1. Overview
Concentration is a method to reduce the volume of sludge. In the process of sludge treatment, gravity concentration is generally used as a pretreatment for dewatering operations. Therefore, the concentration of sludge in the thickening tank is actually similar to the sedimentation process of the sedimentation tank. The function of the Sludge thickener not only meets the requirements of scraping the sludge, but also plays a slow stirring role to improve the concentration effect.
The thickener produced by this unit is a continuous working concentration and clarification equipment. It can also be used for dewatering of fine pulp in wet beneficiation operations, as well as for the concentration and purification of solid pulp in coal, chemical industry, building materials, etc.
