1. Overview:

Sewage is inconvenient. In order to protect the environment and benefit future generations, Tongji University successfully developed the WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment. The equipment adopts the world's advanced biological treatment process, which integrates the removal of BOD5, COD and NH3-N. It is the most efficient sewage treatment equipment at present. It is widely used in high-end hotels. The domestic sewage treatment in the villa community and residential community replaces the septic tanks with low removal rate and the effluent after treatment cannot meet the national comprehensive discharge standard. Field application shows that WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment is a kind of equipment with ideal treatment effect and convenient management.
2, Working principle:
WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment mainly relies on the AO biological treatment process in the equipment to remove organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen. The working principle is in the A level. Due to the high concentration of organic matter in the sewage, the microorganisms are in a gas-deficient state. At this time, the microorganisms are facultative microorganisms. They convert and decompose the organic ammonia in the sewage into NH3-N, and use organic carbon as an electron supply. It converts NOˉ2-N and NOˉ3-N into N2, and also uses some organic carbon sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cellular substances. Therefore, the A-level pool not only has a certain de-function of organic matter, reduces the organic load of the subsequent aerobic pool to facilitate nitrification, but also relies on the higher concentration of organic matter in the raw water to complete denitrification and finally eliminate nitrogen eutrophication. pollution. At the O level, because the concentration of organic matter has been greatly reduced, there is still a certain amount of organic matter and higher NH3-N. In order to further oxidatively decompose the organic matter, and at the same time, the nitrification can proceed smoothly when the carbonization is completed, an aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with lower organic load is set up at the O level. In the O-level pool, there are mainly aerobic microorganisms and aerobic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria). Among them, aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O; autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use inorganic carbon generated by organic matter decomposition or CO2 in the air as a nutrient source to convert NHˉ3-N in sewage into Nˉ2-ON, Nˉ3 -The effluent part of the ON and O-level pools is returned to the A-level pool to provide electron acceptors for the A-level pool, and finally eliminate nitrogen pollution through denitrification.
3. Features:
The equipment adopts the contact oxidation method and consists of six parts: primary sedimentation tank, contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, sludge tank, and fan. The equipment is suitable for being buried in the ground, does not occupy the surface area, and the operation has no effect on the surrounding. The average BOD5 of the influent is below 200mg/l, the effluent is below 50mg/l, the removal rate is ≥80%, the COD removal rate is ≥81%, and the suspended solids removal rate is ≥80%. It is suitable for organic industrial sewage and domestic sewage similar to domestic sewage in food, slaughtering, brewing, printing and dyeing and other industries.
