Chemical Grease interceptor is specially designed for the treatment of oily and iron oxide scale sewage (turbid ring water) discharged from continuous casting and rolling workshops of metallurgical enterprises. A total of chemical oil removal equipment has been developed, ranging from 100m3/h to 1600m3/h.
1. Chemical degreasing is to add chemicals, and after mixing and reaction, the suspended solids such as oil and iron oxide in the water are separated by coagulation and flocculation, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying water quality. When the oil content of the influent is 35-45mg/l and the ss content is about 200mg/l, the oil content of the effluent is below 10mg/l and the ss is below 10mg/l.
2. There are two kinds of drugs to be added, which are added separately. The first one belongs to the dielectric type, such as aluminum sulfate, composite polyaluminum, basic aluminum chloride, polyferric sulfate, ferric chloride, etc., and can be put into the first mixing chamber. The second is oil flocculant, which is a special polymer oil flocculant, which is put into the second mixing chamber. The two drugs should be added separately, and the order of dosing should not be reversed.
3. The sewage mixed by the first and second mixing chambers enters the rear reaction chamber and the inclined tube sedimentation chamber. The oil (slick oil and emulsified oil) and suspended solids in the water are coagulated by the agent, and the flocculation effect forms a large amount of water. The particle flocs settle in the lower sludge discharge, and the upper clean water is discharged through the overflow weir and the outlet pipe. The lower sludge can be discharged regularly, once every eight hours for 3-5 minutes each time, the discharged sludge can be discharged to the slag pit of the whirlpool (or the primary iron-skin sedimentation tank) and the coarse-grained iron sheets to be transported out together. It can also be shipped out after concentration treatment alone.
4. In order to facilitate the sludge discharge of the chemical Grease interceptor, the sewage entering the chemical Grease interceptor should be treated by a cyclone tank (or a primary iron sedimentation tank). Flow cell→pump→chemical Grease interceptor→pump→cooling tower→pump→return to workshop

The treated water volume in the table is the calibration water volume for treating oily sewage in the rolling workshop. When it is used to treat the oily sewage in the side casting workshop, the calibrated water volume should be multiplied by 0.8 
. 5. The fixing between the column foot and the foundation of the chemical Grease interceptor can be fixed with bolts , the steel plate can also be embedded in the base surface, and it can be fixed by spot welding after leveling.
6. The chemical Grease interceptor should be installed on the ground to facilitate management and sludge removal. In northern areas, it should be placed indoors to avoid freezing.
7. One control box for chemical Grease interceptor distributor, which is used to control the operation of the mixer, Dosing device and electric butterfly valve, and the user can also provide additional electrical control equipment.
