Structure and working principle: Vortex-type grit chamber Sand removing machine, as shown in Figure 1-2, consists of impeller, drive shaft, motor, reducer and sand suction system. Because the impeller impeller is inclined upward, the sewage in the pool will make a spiral motion when it rotates; coupled with the swirl that is consistent with the impeller rotation caused by the tangential entry of the sewage, the sewage in the pool will form a vortex flow state. Under the proper condition of blade inclination angle and linear velocity, the sand particles in the sewage will be scoured and still maintain the best settlement effect, and the organic matter originally attached to the sand particles and the substances with small weight will flow out of the cyclone pool together with the sewage. In addition, due to the rotation of the impeller, the sensitivity of the swirl tank to the change of the flow state caused by the change of the water intake is reduced, thus ensuring the stable effect of the grit chamber and the low organic content of the sand.
